Care Giving Circle was founded in honor of Penny Ann Rothschild, a dedicated humanitarian whose lifelong passion for children's rights and welfare began in 1999. Penny Ann recognized early on the profound difference that focused, compassionate interventions could make in the lives of vulnerable children. Her tireless advocacy and commitment laid the foundation for an organization devoted to genuine care and tangible results.
