REFUND POLICY.

Legal Disclaimer

1. General Policy

All donations made to Care Giving Circle are considered final and non-refundable, as they are used to support our mission-driven programs and services. However, under specific circumstances, a refund may be granted at our discretion.

 

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally donate more than once for the same amount, we will refund the duplicate donation upon request.

  • Incorrect Donation Amount: If an error occurred in the donation amount entered, we will review and process an adjustment if necessary.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you suspect fraudulent use of your payment method, we will work with you to investigate and issue a refund if applicable.

 

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your donation with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Donation

  • Donation Amount

  • Payment Method Used

  • Reason for Refund Request

We aim to review and process refund requests within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

 

4. Non-Refundable Contributions

  • Donations made more than 30 days prior to the refund request are generally non-refundable.

  • Donations used for program expenses cannot be refunded once funds have been allocated and utilized.

  • Third-party platform fees: If donations were made through external fundraising platforms, refunds may be subject to their policies and processing fees.

 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and may suspend future engagement with the individual in question.

 

6. Policy Updates

Care Giving Circle reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
